Will Trump’s Trumperica be the New America?

Share
by Eric Dunbar

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump says he is going to make America great again. But America could very well become Trumperica under the leadership of Donald Trump, and that is cause for concern. Trump is prompting a firestorm of responses with his controversial statements about Mexicans. He says Mexicans are rapists. Trump also wants to ban Muslims from entering the United States. His rattling and babbling are causing him to rise in the polls among Republicans. But what kind of message is he sending to America?

Trump says that he’s going to make America great again, but exactly what does he mean? America is a melting pot of ethnicities founded on the principals of freedom and equality for all men. We all know that is what made America the great nation that it is.

Donald Trump is a spoiled rich kid, accustomed to bullying people so he can get his way. Although Trump is not promoting racism directly, his words clearly indicate that he is a racist narcissist bigot in disguise. Donald Trump only cares about himself and his own unrealistic and selfish agenda. The Donald is a shrewd businessman who knows how to make money and divide people with his entertaining antics. Trump uses these strengths to his advantage to excite people who share his views.

What will Trumperica be like?

Donald Trump wants to turn America into Trumperica with his biased ideas. The Republican Party is deeply concerned about Trump’s rise to fame and with good reason. The Donald will convert present day America into Trumperica. In Trumperica, his Trumpistic ideas will trump all. Donald Trump’s Trumperica America will be a lot like the make-believe land of “Oz”. The wizard of this incredible place will be none other than, you guessed it, Donald Trump.

Trump is famous for not backing down. He loves confrontation and will do anything but be apologetic. Trump’s Trumperica will have a leader who thinks he can call people “idiots” and make fun of their disabilities without suffering the consequence of his childlike actions.

Hate groups will flourish in Trumperica. Already the white supremacist group the Ku Klux Klan has increasing Internet traffic. It’s website, “Stormfront” was overrun with hits. The KKK upgraded its servers to handle the surge in traffic. The site has bloomed since Trump began his racist rhetoric against Mexicans and Muslims.

“Demoralization has been the biggest enemy and Trump is changing all that,” said Stormfront founder Don Black. Black reports additional listeners and call volume to his phone-in radio show has increased. Black predicts that the white nationalist forces set in motion by Trump will be a legacy that outlives the businessman’s political career. “He’s certainly creating a movement that will continue independently of him even if he does fold at some point.”

Why is Trumperica so popular among republican voters?

Trump has a stupendous amount of money. When you’re a narcissist with a bad attitude with that much money you can order people around without feeling threatened. If they object to the way you treat them you can just say “you’re fired!”

Trump’s popularity is centered on the fact that he says what fearful people want to hear. His fame and money afford him the opportunity to do this. If any working person in the country were to say the things Trump says, they would be fired from their jobs. If any elected official spoke in such a manner that official would be forced to resign.

With mass killings and acts of terrorism by ISIS on the rise in America, people are becoming increasingly fearful every day. It appears that in addition to reaching the core of white supremacists groups, Trump’s words are also resonating loudly on the ears of the fearful middle-aged white people who feel as though they are being discriminated against.

Why Trumperica would be wrong for America

America has a myriad of problems that need to be addressed, but it appears the only problems Trump plans to address is rounding up Mexicans and deporting them, making Mexico build a “Mexican Wall” to prevent Mexicans from returning to Trumperica, making sure we have plenty of guns and banning Muslims from ever entering his beloved Trumperica.

The idea of keeping people out of America is absurd. I guess had the American Indians had the proper resources to keep other ethnicities and religious groups out of America, none of us would be here today. Everyone in present day America is imported from another country, including the Trumps.

Under the leadership of Donald Trump, Trumperica will have a “hypocritical” government where Trumperican hypocrisy will replace American democracy. Depending on which side of the fence you’re standing on (the rich side or the poor side) Donald Trump’s new Trumperican government will be far worse than American democracy.

I thought it would be okay if I voiced my opinion against the new American savior before Trumperica becomes the new America. And by the way, I encourage you to say bad things about me and call me names for speaking my feelings. After all, isn’t that what Trump will do in the new Trumperica?

Thanks for listening.
